If you’re anything like me, you are ready for fall. The weather gods haven’t gotten the memo and we here in Las Vegas are still teetering over the 100 degree mark. That being said, the mornings and evenings are starting to cool down to absolute perfection. I am in love with the palates that most fall lines have adhered to. They are starting to emerge in the stores, but it has always been hard for me to even think about buying a cable knit sweater and boots when it’s blazing hot outside.
As we transition from Summer to Fall, subtly introduce the fall colors while keeping things on the brighter scale. As we get further into October, start to focus more on bold colors with subtle pale attributes.
Shades of RedThe past few years of fall have felt drab and unexciting, but that is not the case for Fall 2016. Neutral tones paired with bold pastels allow for a hint of glamour sprinkled on top of a classic approach. This particular palate can take you from fall all the way through the end of winter.
Shades of Glam
This is my favorite palate as we go into fall. It is classic but glamorous. Sophisticated but fun. Feminine but bold.
